Audi RS e-tron GT
Why 6.3: Roughly forty per cent of the parts are shared with the Porsche Taycan — the J1 platform, the 800-volt architecture, the two-speed rear transmission — and Audi hand-builds the body at Böllinger Höfe, the small hall that made the R8. It cost less than a Taycan new. It costs a great deal less than one now.

Sound
Audi's e-tron sport sound is a composed piece rather than a fake engine, generated live and rising convincingly with speed through interior and exterior speakers. It is still a synthesised layer over an almost silent drivetrain, which is the ceiling for anything electric.

Child seats · ISOFIX
Two ISOFIX positions on the outer rear seats, the outer pair being the ones the standard covers.
The rear anchors are the supported route — the manual points child seats there, and front-passenger ISOFIX is the exception rather than the rule. A belt-mounted seat up front needs the airbag off, and cars with a rear row don't always fit a deactivation switch, precisely because the rear seats exist.
Derived from production years and seating layout, not a per-car source. ISOFIX was standardised as ISO 13216 in 1997, required on new EU model types from 2011 and on all new EU cars from 2014.
The long version
Audi's problem was never the engineering. First gear in that two-speed rear axle exists only for the launch, hands over somewhere around 60 km/h, and gets the car to 100 in 3.3 seconds on the 637 hp overboost figure; after that it is a quiet, 250 km/h-limited long-distance car with the range to actually go the distance. What the market did was price it as an Audi rather than a Porsche. Six-figure cars have landed under half of list inside four years — steeper than the Taycan, steeper than almost anything else in this category — and that is why the mileage column holds up better than the price one: nobody is protecting an asset here, so they drive it. The track number stays near zero, which is the honest answer for 2,345 kg of GT car that has to be thermally managed between sessions. Audi facelifted the car for 2025 and renamed the fast one RS e-tron GT performance; these 2021–2024 cars are the ones the depreciation happened to.
