Porsche Taycan GTS
Why 7.3: The chassis is real Porsche; the silence divides. Driven plenty, tracked rarely, flipped never — a competent daily express bought by people who already own the weekend car.

Sound
Porsche Electric Sport Sound is at least a deliberate composition rather than a fake engine, and it rises convincingly with speed. But it is a synthesised layer over near-silence, and no amount of engineering makes that the same thing.

Child seats · ISOFIX
ISOFIX standard on both outer rear seats. The Taycan's four-seat layout means there's no middle rear position to worry about.
Porsche's own passive-safety documentation lists ISOFIX on both outer rear seats as standard, with the front passenger position available as an option that comes bundled with its own airbag-deactivation function.

The long version
Values have fallen by nearly 40 percent since 2022, a steeper drop than gas Porsches see at this age, and that is the tell for who is actually buying used: people getting a genuinely good chassis at a discount because the first owner already had a 911 or a Cayman for weekends and only needed this to be quiet and quick on a commute. No badges attach because it does not misbehave in either direction, not flipped, not garaged, not really loved the way the combustion cars are. It is competent transportation with a Porsche badge, bought and depreciated like competent transportation.
