The RS Q8 is the sensible-person Lamborghini Urus: same MLB Evo super-SUV bones, less theatre, more plausibility in a corporate parking garage. That makes it a better daily than an enthusiast object. Owners use them more than they use low supercars, but the experience is mass, grip and torque management rather than delicacy. It belongs here because it explains the modern performance-SUV buyer perfectly: someone wanted one car to do everything, including quietly signal that they could have bought the louder one.
